The UMEI Guard Tour System is a modern, digital version of the traditional watchman’s clock which providing electronic time registrations without the need for paper records. This system works by installing a series of station points along patrol routes, and security personnel simply touch the system recorder to each station point to record the date and time of their patrol. The recorded data is then transferred to a computer via a downloader through a USB port, where comprehensive reports can be generated.
This system increases accountability by providing proof of presence and ensures that all checkpoints are visited at the specified times. It eliminates handwritten log sheets, saving hours each day and reducing time in tabulating reports. With its durable and waterproof construction, the UMEI Guard Tour System is ideal for security guard patrolling, facility management, and equipment maintenance applications.
